Jay Carter Jr. describes how his revolutionary transportation system will work.
Jay Carter Jr. is a dreamer--and he ranks right up there with the best of them. His dream is to produce an aircraft that will fly people wherever they want to go without a pilot. It could take off right from your home.

The flags on the announcers stand tell the story. Brisk winds on Saturday afternoon resulted in a dust storm. But the show went on.
The 33rd Annual Copperstate Regional EAA Fly-in was held October 6-9 at Casa Grande Municipal Airport in Casa Grande, Ariz. The change in location from Phoenix Regional Airport, where it was held last year, was made because show organizers felt Casa Grande could better satisfy the event's special needs.

Gone was the big main exhibitor tent that had become a Copperstate trademark. This year, over 100 vendors displayed their products in a comfortable air-conditioned building. According to show officials, the new exhibit hall was sold out.
